Dreams ART Bank was set up in Thiruvananthapuram to do one thing properly: collect, screen, store and release reproductive tissue with records that hold up years later — for the clinic, for the parents, and for the donor.

We are registered under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021, Reg. ID KL/AB/2022/10229/AB. That number is not decoration. It means every donor is counselled and screened to a defined standard, every sample is traceable, and every record is stored the way the law requires.

Eligibility criteria

  • Between 23–35 years of age
  • Physically and emotionally healthy
  • Willing to undergo medical screening
  • Ready to participate voluntarily
  • Able to provide informed consent

Eligibility is determined only after medical evaluation and counselling.

Semen donor

Eligibility criteria

  • Between 21–55 years of age
  • Physically and emotionally healthy
  • Willing to undergo medical screening
  • Ready to participate voluntarily
  • Able to provide informed consent

Eligibility is confirmed only after medical evaluation and counselling.

This is a voluntary welfare programme in compliance with the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021. No commercial compensation is offered or permitted.
